Microsoft Events
The ask: In March of 2020, our Microsoft Events client realized all their live events were going to have to be rethought. Our team was tasked with tackling the digital venue experience. We were to assemble a digital experience that would include comms, strategy, registration, speakers, live event, and evergreen content. to date I have lead Microsoft Inspire, Digital Transformation Academy, Tech Connect, Government Leaders Summit, and Envision. Each had its obstacles and dilemmas to overcome and as the year progressed, we were able to build on our data and learnings. Here are a few examples.
